Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name or place entered in a search box is sent to the outside company that operates that tool. The provider handles the query and its results. We do not keep a separate log of those search terms on our systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
When you email us, we retain the message as needed to respond. It stays within our organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation.
Data We Gather Automatically
Our systems may receive routine technical information when a page loads:

- The referring site, when one is reported

No Criminal-Record Data on File
We do not build, keep, or sell a database of personal criminal records. Our content identifies routes to Langlade Sheriff Records, the Langlade Circuit Court, Wisconsin DOJ's Crime Information Bureau, and the Wisconsin Public Sex Offender Registry. Visitor data is not assembled into a consumer report or a record about another person, and we are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies run the search tools embedded on some pages. Their privacy notices, retention rules, and sharing practices apply to information submitted through those tools. Review the provider's terms before sending a query because we do not control its processing.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to Langlade County offices, Wisconsin agencies, court systems, legal resources, or commercial search services. Once you follow an external link, that destination's privacy policy governs. Check it before giving the destination personal information.
Advertising companies may use their own systems to measure activity across websites and select ads. Their tracking is outside our direct control.

Rights can differ by residence and applicable law. Wisconsin public records and criminal-history dissemination are separately governed by the Wisconsin Public Records Law, Wis. Stat. §§19.31-19.39, and Wis. Stat. §165.82. Those laws do not turn this private site into a government record custodian. Subject to applicable law, you may:
